Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
EPCs now apply to all dwellings for sale, all new builds and all rented properties.

If your property is on the market with us we can provide an EPC for a 3 bedroom house at a cost of £65.00 + vat. This EPC will be carried out by an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor. (For NI properties only)
